Over 72.85% of women and girls live below the poverty line, surviving on less than US$1.00 per day
The majority of women and girls suffer from severe malnutrition due to inadequate food intake.
Most girls who dropped out of school or entered child marriages are materially poor and insecure.
58% of the population are widows surviving on US$250.00 per year.
53% of the population experiences deteriorating health conditions, including a lack of access to clean water.

Geographic Impact

Our needs assessment was conducted across multiple regions, including Lilongwe (Area 24/Tsabango Traditional Authority, Likuni Township), Balaka, Mwanza, Chilumba in Karonga, and Kasungu Districts.

Target Population

We focus on the most vulnerable: widows, single mothers, women with disabilities, disadvantaged girls, and elderly women who face the greatest barriers to development and empowerment.

Our Response

Through our eight comprehensive programs, we address immediate needs while building long-term capacity for sustainable development and empowerment in communities across Malawi.
